A weekly gathering of nurturers and healers with an emphasis on singing as an act of self-care.

Together, we’ll tend to our body, mind, and spirit through mindfulness, vocal meditation, and song. Expect a rich interweaving of curiosity, play, and deep self-tending, with lush harmonies and beautiful music as a delightful byproduct.
