What to Expect

  • The room opens at 7:45 am/pm, and Audrey will join right at 8:00 am/pm.

  • You are invited to join the room early or be in your own time of silent reflection before we begin.

  • Your microphone will be muted upon entry. Please remain muted unless you are speaking during the opening or sharing time.

  • Your video may be on or off during the opening and sharing times. Please turn video off during meditation.

  • You may wish to have a journal on-hand to jot down the reflections you are taking away from your practice.

  • Each session includes a reading or quote, breath practice, silent meditation, and song. Many songs are repeated from week-to-week. These songs are intended to soothe, inspire, and empower. As you become more familiar with them, you may wish to sing along from the privacy of your own meditation space.

I offer these sessions as a gift and a gesture of love. As such, payment is not required.
