Explore the healing power of your voice during this 60-minute group session combining gentle body movement, breath practice, and vocal resonance to soothe and restore. 


Through her own practice and shared group meditations, Audrey has begun to explore the healing qualities of singing. This curiosity has led to profound moments of ease and clarity in her own life, and she now wishes to share this exploration with you. No experience with singing or meditation necessary, just a desire to expand and deepen your love of your body and its amazing ability to heal.


Soul Sing includes:

  • Centering breath exercises;

  • Gentle body movement (seated or standing);

  • Vocal movement / meditative vocal exercises;

  • Guided meditation;

  • Soothing song (sing or receive);

  • Reflection / optional Q&A.
