Between vacation trips, summer jobs, and looking ahead to next school year, the frenetic energy of summer can leave us feeling exhausted and needing a break from our…break.
You need an anchor. A time in your week to reorient to the greater picture. To be with yourself—perhaps in the company of loved ones—just as you are. No driving. No dress code. A space you can access from anywhere.
Press pause before you enter into a new week. Set the to-do list aside, let commitments and calendars be.
Breathe. Soak it all in. And just be.
Together, we’ll tend to our soul and tap into our well of inner peace through mindfulness and song.
Each Sunday Soul Care session is unique and will be intuitively interwoven with embodied breath practice, guided mindfulness meditation, and songs from my heart to yours. Together we will co-create a practice and a ritual you can return to each week, a practice that will nourish your mind, body, and soul.
